Preparation

Take a moment.

Not to prove anything — just to listen inwardly and speak truthfully to yourself.

This stage exists to slow the pace and create space for reflection. Before moving forward, it helps to notice what has brought you here and what may already be shifting beneath the surface.
Ask yourself:

🧭 How did you find this place?
Was it a search… a stumble… or a quiet sense that something was drawing you here?
🔥 What stirred your heart to pause and read this far?
Did something feel missing? Did something feel unsettled? Or did something finally begin to make sense?
🎯 What are you hoping to find within Torah-U?
Clarity? Understanding? Healing? Direction? Or simply space to read and learn without pressure?
🤔 What do you already sense may need to be set aside?
Are there assumptions, teachings, or inherited explanations that you feel need to be examined rather than defended?
💬 Would you be willing to write your thoughts down — in a journal or in prayer?
This is not required, but many find that putting words to what they are sensing brings clarity they didn’t expect.
